- Contiguous United States (Lower 48 states): Standard shipping is available for all orders.
- Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI): Because our premium inflatable products are oversized and heavy, standard shipping rates and transit times do not apply to these regions. If you reside in Alaska or Hawaii, please contact our support team at service@vofitny.com before placing your order so we can provide you with a custom shipping quote and delivery timeline.
2. Order Processing Time We know you are excited to elevate your outdoor lifestyle! All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following business day.
3. Delivery Time & Carriers Once your order leaves our domestic facility, the estimated transit time is 3-5 business days. We partner with trusted domestic carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS) to ensure your gear arrives safely. (Please note: Severe weather conditions or carrier peak seasons may occasionally cause slight delays.)

PART 1: 30-DAY FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. We cover the return shipping costs by providing a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives with manufacturing defects or shipping damage, we will provide a 100% free replacement or a full refund.
- Change of Mind / Unused Items: If you simply changed your mind, the item must be unused, uninflated, free of dirt/pet hair, and packed in its original packaging with all included accessories (pump, repair kit, storage bag).
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items showing clear signs of abuse, puncture from improper usage, or alteration.
- Items returned beyond the 30-day post-delivery window.
3. The Return Process (Step-by-Step)
- Contact Us: Email our support team at service@vofitny.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.
- Receive Your Label: Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.
- Pack & Ship: Securely pack the product, attach the prepaid label to the box, and drop it off at the designated carrier hub (UPS/FedEx).
- Refund/Exchange Issuance: Once our US warehouse receives and inspects the return, we will process your full refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
PART 2: 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Every genuine VOFiTNY inflatable product is engineered to commercial-grade standards. We back this up with a 1-Year Warranty starting from the date of purchase.
What is Covered: This warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects under normal, intended use, including:
- Air leakage caused by seam splitting or delamination.
- Faulty valves or valve attachments.
- Defective electric air pumps included in the original package.
What is NOT Covered:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, cosmetic fading from UV exposure).
- Punctures, cuts, or tears caused by sharp objects, rocks, or pet claws (except normal usage on designated pet-safe ramps).
- Damage caused by over-inflation, improper storage (e.g., storing while wet), or exceeding maximum weight capacities.
Warranty Remedy: If a verified manufacturing defect occurs within 1 year, VOFiTNY will, at our discretion, either:
- Provide a professional repair kit and guidance.
