At VOFiTNY, we are committed to providing you with a premium shopping experience from the moment you place your order to the second it arrives at your door. We proudly fulfill all our orders from our US-based fulfillment centers to ensure fast, reliable, and secure delivery.
1. Shipping Destinations Currently, we exclusively ship within the United States.

Contiguous United States (Lower 48 states): Standard shipping is available for all orders.

Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI): Because our premium inflatable products are oversized and heavy, standard shipping rates and transit times do not apply to these regions. If you reside in Alaska or Hawaii, please contact our support team at service@vofitny.com before placing your order so we can provide you with a custom shipping quote and delivery timeline.
2. Order Processing Time We know you are excited to elevate your outdoor lifestyle! All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following business day.
3. Delivery Time & Carriers Once your order leaves our domestic facility, the estimated transit time is 3-5 business days. We partner with trusted domestic carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS) to ensure your gear arrives safely. (Please note: Severe weather conditions or carrier peak seasons may occasionally cause slight delays.)
4. No Customs, Duties, or Hidden Taxes No surprises at checkout! Because all VOFiTNY products are dispatched directly from our domestic US warehouses, you will NOT be charged any customs duties, import taxes, or cross-border fees. The price you see is the final price.
5. Order Tracking & Multiple Packages As soon as your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Note: If you ordered multiple items (e.g., an Air Track and a Rolling Cylinder), they may be shipped from different warehouse locations or packaged separately due to size limits. You will receive tracking numbers for each package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
