VOFiTNY is a brand. VOFiTNY.com and sales made through this website are operated by VOFIT Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (company number 79395252). In these Terms, “VOFiTNY,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to VOFIT Limited as the website operator and seller for orders placed on VOFiTNY.com.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on this website. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract in your jurisdiction. You may not use the website or products for unlawful purposes, interfere with the website, submit false information, or violate another person’s rights.

3. Product Information and Safe Use

We aim to present product descriptions, dimensions, included accessories, images, prices, and availability accurately. Minor color differences may result from screens or photography. Select the correct product and variant before purchase and follow all supplied instructions, warnings, weight limits, inflation guidance, supervision requirements, and local safety rules.

Gymnastics, tumbling, water recreation, and use of inflatable equipment involve inherent risks. Use products only for their stated purpose, inspect them before each use, keep the area clear of hazards, and provide competent adult supervision where appropriate. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

4. Orders, Prices, and Payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as product unavailability, pricing or description error, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery restrictions, or duplicate orders. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled item or order.

Prices, available payment methods, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, delivery, and contact information.

5. Shipping, Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Shipping estimates and available delivery methods are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, exchanges, and the limited product warranty are governed by our Return & Warranty Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

We may use authorized third-party fulfillment and delivery providers, including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, for eligible orders. These providers act as logistics service providers. VOFIT Limited remains the seller responsible for customer service, returns, refunds, and warranties for purchases made on VOFiTNY.com.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

By purchasing and using VOFiTNY products, you explicitly agree to:
1. Assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of using our equipment.
2. Ensure that the equipment is used in a safe environment, under proper adult supervision (when used by minors), and on appropriate surfaces (e.g., clearing the area of sharp objects, maintaining proper air pressure).
3. Release, indemnify, and hold harmless VOFiTNY, its directors, officers, employees, and suppliers from any liability, claims, or demands arising from injury, death, or property damage during the use of our products.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
