Please read carefully. VOFiTNY sells gymnastics, fitness, water, and pet outdoor recreational equipment. Engaging in gymnastics, tumbling, water sports, and other related activities involves inherent risks of severe physical injury or property damage. 

By purchasing and using VOFiTNY products, you explicitly agree to:
1. Assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of using our equipment.
2. Ensure that the equipment is used in a safe environment, under proper adult supervision (when used by minors), and on appropriate surfaces (e.g., clearing the area of sharp objects, maintaining proper air pressure).
3. Release, indemnify, and hold harmless VOFiTNY, its directors, officers, employees, and suppliers from any liability, claims, or demands arising from injury, death, or property damage during the use of our products.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, transit times and availability.
