VOFiTNY Return & Warranty Policy

This policy applies to purchases made directly on VOFiTNY.com. VOFiTNY.com is operated by VOFIT Limited (Hong Kong company number 79395252).
30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To start a return, email service@vofitny.com with your order number, the reason for the request, and photographs or video when the item is damaged or defective.
Items returned because of a change of mind must be unused, uninflated, clean, and in the original packaging with all included accessories. Items damaged by misuse, alteration, improper inflation, sharp objects, or improper storage are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.
Do not send an item to any address without written return instructions. After we approve an eligible return, we will provide the applicable return address and, when covered by this policy, a prepaid return label. The designated return location may be operated by an authorized fulfillment partner.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly. After verification, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair, or a full refund. For verified seller or transit errors, we cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
Original expedited shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from our error or the item arrived damaged or defective. If an order has not yet entered fulfillment, contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation; cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
Exchanges
When an exchange is approved, replacement timing depends on inventory availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund instead.
1-Year Limited Warranty
VOFiTNY inflatable products purchased from VOFiTNY.com include a one-year limited warranty from the purchase date for verified manufacturing defects arising during normal, intended use. Covered defects may include seam separation, delamination, faulty valves, or a defective electric pump supplied with the product.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic fading, punctures or cuts caused by external objects, pet claws except where a product is specifically designed for that use, misuse, over-inflation, improper storage, unauthorized alteration, or use beyond stated limits. Depending on the verified defect, the remedy may be a repair kit, replacement component, replacement product, or refund, as permitted by applicable law.
