VOFiTNY Return & Warranty Policy

At VOFiTNY, we stand behind the premium quality of our inflatable sports and outdoor gear. We want you and your family (including your furry friends!) to shop with absolute peace of mind. That’s why we offer a hassle-free 30-Day Free Return & Exchange Policy alongside a comprehensive 1-Year Limited Warranty, fully supported by our US logistics and service network.

PART 1: 30-DAY FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES We offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. For US orders, we cover the return shipping costs by providing a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns, ensuring a seamless experience.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives with manufacturing defects or damage sustained during transit, we will provide a 100% free replacement or a full refund.

  • Change of Mind / Unused Items: If you simply changed your mind, the item must be unused, uninflated, free of dirt/pet hair, and packed in its original packaging with all included accessories (pump, repair kit, storage bag).

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing clear signs of abuse, puncture from improper usage, or alteration.

  • Items returned beyond the 30-day post-delivery window.

3. The Simple US Return Process

  • Contact Us: Email our support team at service@vofitny.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos/videos of the item and packaging. Our team aims to respond within 24 hours.

  • Receive Your Label: Once your request is verified, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.

  • Pack & Ship: Securely pack the product, attach the label to the box, and drop it off at the nearest UPS or FedEx location.

  • Refund/Exchange Issuance: Once our US-based fulfillment center receives and inspects the return, we will process your full refund to your original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.

PART 2: 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Every genuine VOFiTNY inflatable product is built with premium drop-stitch fabric and multi-layer PVC. We back this up with a 1-Year Warranty starting from the date of purchase.

  • What is Covered: This warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects under normal, intended use, including:

    • Air leakage caused by seam splitting or delamination.

    • Faulty valves or valve attachments.

    • Defective electric air pumps included in the original package.

  • What is NOT Covered:

    • Normal wear and tear (scratches, cosmetic fading from UV exposure).

    • Punctures, cuts, or tears caused by sharp objects, rocks, or pet claws (except normal usage on designated pet-safe ramps).

    • Damage caused by over-inflation, improper storage (e.g., storing while wet), or exceeding maximum weight capacities.

  • Warranty Remedy: If a verified manufacturing defect occurs within 1 year, VOFiTNY will, at our discretion, either provide a professional repair kit, replace the defective component, or provide a brand-new replacement unit.
